Maxi Meraki Brings The Beat To Fahid Beach Club By Barbossa For The GKA Kite World Tour

From 25 October to 2 November, Fahid Island becomes the ultimate destination as it hosts the Fahid Water Sports Festival 2025, bringing the GKA Kite World Tour to the UAE for the first time. With the competition base set right beside Fahid Beach Club by Barbossa, it’s the perfect place to catch all the GKA Kite World Tour action, with great views, bold bites, and refreshing drinks. But the excitement doesn’t end on the water; it continues on the sand each evening with a stellar line-up of entertainment.

Kicking things off on Saturday, 25 October, is DJ Maxi Meraki, one of the most exciting names in the melodic house scene. Since 2019, Maxi has built a global reputation with standout tracks such as If You Need It, Everybody Get Up, and Nothing On Me, winning support from heavyweights including Adriatique, Keinemusik, Black Coffee, and Solomun. His remixes of Rüfüs Du Sol’s Music Is Better and Mahmut Orhan’s Pangea further cemented his status as a creator of undeniable floormaterial.

Supporting the night are regional favourites Liwaa and Lera Omra, who will set the tone with dynamic opening sets blending deep house, organic grooves, and feel-good energy – the perfect warm-up for an unforgettable evening by the beach.

With world-class sports by day and world-class music by night, Fahid Beach Club by Barbossa is set to be the beating heart of the island throughout the competition, with more exciting acts soon to be announced.
