A January Reset For Women In Abu Dhabi: FIVE By Sisterhood Launches A Month Of Connection, Wellness And Leadership

As women across the UAE look to reset, refocus and set the tone for the year ahead, FIVE by Sisterhood is launching a curated series of January experiences designed to support connection, wellbeing and intentional growth. From high-energy networking and wellness-led evenings to a new 90-day leadership mastermind, the January programme reflects a growing shift away from hustle-driven resolutions towards more sustainable, community-led growth.

The month opens on January 7th with the launch of FIVE by Sisterhood’s new 90-day mastermind, the Action Accelerator Circle (AAC), the third tier of the Sisterhood Collective membership. Open to women across the region, AAC is designed for experienced professionals and founders who are not lacking ambition or skill, but are feeling stretched, overloaded and stuck in day-to-day execution. The Action Accelerator Circle is a high-accountability mastermind rather than a traditional course. Over 90 days, participants move through a structured reset and clarity process before meeting fortnightly to focus on decision-making, delegation, systems, leadership and momentum. The programme includes live problem-solving, a dedicated hot-seat session and an expert-led workshop tailored to the group’s needs.

AAC is aimed at women ready to step out of doing everything themselves and into clearer leadership those who want to build better systems, reduce decision fatigue and create growth that brings more freedom, not less. By the end of the programme, participants typically leave with sharper priorities, stronger confidence in decision-making and tangible momentum in their business or role.

Next comes Ignite in Five, a women’s speed networking event taking place on Tuesday, 13th January at The Lighthouse, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Designed for meaningful connections rather than surface-level networking, Ignite in Five brings women together for short, high-energy conversations, five minutes at a time, each with the potential to spark a collaboration, opportunity or genuine friendship.

Running from 6:45pm to 8:45pm, the evening includes a welcome drink, small gift and giveaways throughout the night. With limited seats available, the event is positioned as a fast-paced yet intentional way to expand circles and start the year connected. Tickets are priced at AED 120.

Rounding out the January reset, FIVE by Sisterhood will host a wellness-focused evening 6-7:30pm on Thursday, 23rd January at FS8, Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. Priced at AED175, the session combines Pilates and sound healing, offering women a chance to reconnect with their bodies and nervous systems after the intensity of the festive season. FS8’s signature approach blends Pilates, tone and yoga for a full-body experience designed to energise and restore.
