Alba Terrace at The Abu Dhabi EDITION is set to host an exclusive one-night-only collaboration dinner with Beirut-born dining concept Beihouse, presented as part of 50 Best’s Signature Dining Programme during Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026. Taking place on 2 February 2026, the open-air terrace will set the stage for a considered culinary exchange, bringing together two distinct yet closely aligned voices.

The evening will explore modern Middle Eastern flavours through technique and memory, offering an intimate dining experience shaped by place and shared perspective.

Chef Alex Tiscovschii of Alba Terrace joins Chef Tarek Alameddine, Co-Founder of Beihouse, for a carefully curated menu conceived as a conversation between the two kitchens. Moving from refined snacks to expressive mains and dessert, each course reflects restraint, depth and seasonality, unified by a shared respect for craft.

At its core, Beihouse is driven by an approach that builds flavour from local ingredients in a way that feels both grounded and contemporary.
