BRED Abu Dhabi, Presented By Hypebeast, Spectacular Opening Day Sets The Stage For MoreChart-Topping Artists, NBA 2K League Collaboration, Fashion Debuts, Exclusive Menus And Thought-Provoking Art All Weekend

Weekend plans have never looked better as this year’s BRED Abu Dhabi, presented by Hypebeast, the region’s premier neo-culture festival, ramps up the excitement for festivalgoers this weekend after a successful opening on 24 April with some of the region’s top musicians and cultural icons and brands in fashion and food.

The successful opening featured some of the region’s most captivating performers, including local artists Triple M and Uglymoss, Egyptian innovator El Waili and Sudanese artist Omar Dafencii on 24 April. Ahead of the weekend, visitors were enthralled by dynamic performances by chart-topping British rappers AJ Tracey, Aitch, and Ayo Beatz, as well as the musical sounds of regional artists Abyusif, Jaysus Zain and Nour on 25 April.

Tonight, 26 April, visitors can expect a sonic spectacle by renowned music producer Metro Boomin and Grammy-nominated artist Offset. Marwan Pablo is also set to bring the heat with his experimental music, while Abo El Anwar will give festivalgoers a night to remember with his rhythmic rap. Also at the AMP Stage, Kaboo and Saud Gare set to put on exhilarating performances for visitors, setting the tone for a weekend of spectacular performances.

On 27 April, brace yourself for American rapper Don Toliver and acclaimed artist Ty Dolla $ign. Also, Major League DJz will bring the electrifying Amapiano scene to the stage, alongside Honey’s dynamic genre fusion, and D33J’s hypnotic beats. End the weekend on a high note with Dystinct’s infectious energy and Lana Lubany’s top hits on 28 April – all on The AMP Stage. Local artists including Donia Wael and Jindi will also take the spotlight this weekend, bringing the best from the homegrown music scene and catering to music lovers of all tastes.

For sports fans, the NBA 2K League gaming zone features fun-filled fan activations and activities. Meanwhile, skateboarders have a brand-new playground at the festival’s skatepark. But the excitement doesn’t stop there—street activities abound, including Futsal and Panna games, Freestyle Competitions, Crossbar Challenges, free skills clinics, all-star games, and the highly anticipated 3X3 championships. And for those seeking an art fix, the Neo Gallery is showcasing a vibrant exhibition of works by regional artists celebrating culture, identity, and boundless creativity.

Food lovers can prepare to indulge their taste buds, as delicious eats await at every turn at the festival. From unique flavor combinations to exclusive menus, a live BBQ station, and one-of-a-kind fashion and flavor collaborations, BRED Abu Dhabi brings a culinary adventure like no other this year.
