Fever’s Candlelight Concert Series Arrives At The Immersive SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi
After having delighted audiences worldwide, the Candlelight international concert series by Fever is bringing Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and a Tribute to Adele to the enchanting SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, the World’s Largest Indoor Marine Life Theme Park. These concerts will be held in the Al Azure Ballroom, renowned for its stunning, underwater views of the Tropical Ocean realm, premiering on Thursday, September 21st, 2024, at 6pm and 8pm respectively.
These concerts mark the beginning of a series of spectacular musical performances at SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. The Al Azure Ballroom will be transformed into a stunning, candle-lit auditorium where melodies will merge with the elegant movements of dolphins. Audiences can look forward to an unforgettable evening with classical music and the majestic surroundings of SeaWorld’s aquatic wonders.
Taking music enthusiasts on a journey through Vivaldi’s iconic masterpieces, the renowned Klaudia’s String Quartet will bring his work to life, captivating the audience with classics like “Spring,” “Summer,” “Autumn,” and “Winter” as well as the compelling piece “Palladio” by Karl Jenkins. Meanwhile, the Tribute to Adele concert will feature evocative renditions of her beloved hits, including “Hello,” “Someone Like You,” and “Rolling in the Deep,” creating a magical experience under the gentle glow of candlelight.
Tickets are now on sale on Fever’s app and website. Ticket access is restricted solely to the concert venue and does not include entry to the theme park; additionally, access is limited to the specific concert time slot.
Candlelight Concerts are a series of original music concerts created by Fever, which aim to democratize access to classical music. This innovative format provides a unique live musical experience, offering a variety of programs to meet all tastes, played by local musicians in emblematic venues, with the performance spaces and performers illuminated by thousands of candles.
Candlelight was initially conceived as a classical music series with concerts featuring works by renowned composers, such as Vivaldi, Mozart, and Chopin. Now, the ever-growing list of programs includes a wide variety of themes and genres, including tributes to contemporary artists like Queen, ABBA, Coldplay, and Ed Sheeran, as well as shows dedicated to anime, movie soundtracks and many more. The multi-sensory experience has also evolved to feature new and unique elements, such as ballet dancers or aerial performers, and branching out into other musical genres, such as jazz, soul, opera, flamenco and more.
