Beyond the music, Fahid’s January lineup keeps the island spirit alive with a community-led wellness session in partnership with Beyond Wellness, relaxed beach days, family- and pet-friendly access, and open-air spaces made for moving, gathering, and making the most of the season ahead.

Sweat & Shine lands at Fahid Beach Club by Barbossa, in partnership with Beyond Wellness, on Sunday, 18 January – a high-energy morning designed around movement, connection, and the sea.

Hosted on the outdoor terrace, the experience begins with a barre-inspired workout to build strength, followed by grounding breathwork to bring the body back into balance. Afterwards, guests are invited to enjoy a nourishing seaside breakfast, with the option to stay on and unwind between the pool and shoreline. It’s a morning that moves with Fahid’s natural rhythm – active, social, and shaped by the shoreline.

Beach Day Pass
This January, soak up effortless coastal energy at Fahid Beach Club by Barbossa all month long. Whether you’re stretched out on a sunbed, settling into your own cabana, or getting active with kayaking, beach volleyball, or a casual beachside game of padel, every day unfolds at an easy, sun-soaked pace.

Families, children, and even pets are welcome to share the laid-back atmosphere, while food trucks and the beach bar keep things flowing with Mexican-inspired à la carte bites and ice-cold favourites. There is no minimum spend, just relaxed January beach days filled with flavour, movement, and good energy by the sea.

Led by instructor Saoirse Correia and set to easy, uplifting beats from DJ Cookie, the experience flows from movement to breath to rhythm. Follow your practice with an energising beach swim, then settle in for a nourishing brunch that makes the reset feel effortless, not rushed.
