Saadiyat Beach Club And Malfy Gin Come Together For A Summer Of Coastal Celebration

Set along the turquoise shoreline and natural dunes of Saadiyat Island, Saadiyat Beach Club welcomes the season with a special summer collaboration alongside Malfy Gin, an ode to la dolce vita and the timeless art of the Italian aperitivo. Together, the two brands invite guests to slow down, gather with friends, and savour the simple pleasures of long summer days by the shore.

Across two signature moments, a Malfy-themed Farm to Beach Brunch will be hosted on 25 July, followed by the Malfy Gin x Saadiyat Beach Club Sunset Splash in August, bringing the energy of the ocean and outdoor gatherings designed around good company, thoughtful details, and the warmth of Mediterranean-inspired hospitality.

 

The Malfy Themed Farm to Beach Brunch – 25 July 2026

Marking the final weekend of July, Saadiyat Beach Club will host a Malfy-themed Farm to Beach Brunch, welcoming two Malfy Gin Brand Ambassadors to host a dedicated Malfy Gin trolley, where guests can discover the story behind the gin and enjoy personalised Gin & Tonic creations crafted to taste. The occasion brings together the essence of the Farm to Beach concept of sustainable, fresh, seasonal and globally inspired, with the spirit of Malfy Gin, with selected dishes woven through with bright citrus notes of lemon, grapefruit and blood orange that echo the very character of the brand itself.

Amongst the highlights include Malfy Lemon and Mint and Blood orange and Beetroot starters, dressed in Caesar, honey lemon or Malfy Lemon Vinaigrette; a seafood station with Malfy cocktail sauce, tomato salsa, lemon and Tabasco; and citrus-led sweets, Malfy Lemon Tart, Lemon Cheesecake and Sicilian Cannoli. Beyond this, guests can enjoy live stations spanning ceviche, carpaccio, dim sum, sushi, shawarma, Atlantic scallop, carving

and BBQ grill, alongside a kids’ menu and an ice cream trolley featuring Malfy-inspired Lemon Sorbet, paying homage to the vibrant landscapes and culinary traditions of Italy’s coastal regions.

Malfy Gin x Saadiyat Beach Club Sunset Splash – 1 August 2026

Ushering in the new month, the special-edition Sunset Splash will capture the essence of the Amalfi Coast in every detail. Malfy Gin embodies la dolce vita, an invitation to sit back, sip slowly, and enjoy the moment, and this sunset gathering will bring that spirit poolside.

A Mediterranean-inspired menu will accompany the occasion, from burrata and tuna niçoise to wood-fired pizzas, fresh seafood platters and wild seabass, alongside light bites and desserts designed for grazing and lingering by the pool. Guests can settle into the luxury of a sunbed or cabana at the Main Pool and unwind against a dedicated Malfy Gin and Saadiyat Beach Club photo wall capturing the summer atmosphere, complemented by entertainment from a DJ and percussionist, creating a vibrant yet effortless setting as the sun moves across the horizon.
