Saadiyat Nights Returns For Open Air Concerts With Global Stars And Regional Talent In Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi is ready to welcome back Saadiyat Nights, the capital’s flagship open-air concert series, for its 2025-2026 season. Set against the stunning backdrop of Saadiyat Island, the series will run from December 2025 to February 2026, bringing some of the world’s most iconic stars for unmissable nights of music.
The season’s first confirmed artists include internationally renowned Italian pianist Ludovico Einaudi on 10 January and Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi on 17 January, with more headline acts to be revealed soon.
Saadiyat Nights invites audiences to experience Abu Dhabi’s vibrant music scene with live performances by global and regional artists at a purpose-built, 5,000-seat outdoor venue, surrounded by landmark institutions such as Louvre Abu Dhabi and teamLab Phenomena, and just steps away from the soon-to-open Zayed National Museum and Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi. Hosted in the heart of Saadiyat Cultural District, Saadiyat Nights builds on Abu Dhabi’s status as a UNESCO Creative City of Music, uniting the emirate’s music-education hubs and heritage platforms with headline performances for the wider community.
With Saadiyat Nights adding to the island’s already vibrant offerings, audiences can immerse themselves in a night of music, serene beaches and elevated dining, all in one unforgettable setting.
Over the last two seasons, Saadiyat Nights has welcomed global icons from Jennifer Lopez and Christina Aguilera to Lionel Richie, Gwen Stefani, Robbie Williams, Boyz II Men, Omar Khairat and others. Showcasing diverse music genres, these performances have cemented the series as one of the region’s most anticipated events.
Last season set new records, with Jennifer Lopez’s show selling out in less than eight hours – the fastest in the event’s history – and finale weekend performances by Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani and Lionel Richie drawing capacity crowds. Artists themselves have embraced Abu Dhabi’s warmth and hospitality:Gwen Stefani told audiences last season, “Tonight is very unique, Abu Dhabi I love you,”while Lionel Richie called his concert “the most special evening I have had here.” Michael Bublé also reflected on his experience by telling fans, “Every single year I am going to be here again and again. This is a beautiful city, I love it.”
