Dive into the Dragon Boat Festival at Dai Pai Dong – 8th to 10th June
Celebrating rich culinary traditions and Dim Sum delights
Embark on a culinary journey with the award winning Dai Pai Dong, where the Dragon Boat Festival promises an exquisite celebration of Cantonese cuisine. From 8th to 10th June, Dai Pai Dong invites guests to indulge in a culinary family feast and celebration with delicious dumplings. Choose from a wide array of delectable dim sum creations, from steaming baskets of Shrimp and Truffle Dumplings to crispy Vegetable Rice Rolls and moreish Beef Wontons. Celebrating a traditional Chinese holiday, which occurs on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar, corresponding to late May or June in the Gregorian calendar and marks the start of the summer solstice.
For the main event on 9th June, a Dragon-inspired Yum Cha Brunch. A roaring selection of salads and soups featuring Chili Chicken or Crispy Squid with Five Spice Salt. Dive into the Canton Roasted Duck, and BBQ Live Station for flavoursome barbecued meats, plus a main course of Mixed Seafood accompanied with Wok Fried Broccoli and Black Fungus Prawn Fried Rice. Indulge in artisanal desserts for a decadent finale, from Dai Pai Dong’s very own Pastry Chef. There’s something to please every palate, all within a warm ambiance – for the perfect end to the weekend.
